Your account

Delete your Keen account

You can delete your Keen account, and everything we hold for it, at any time. It is free and there is nothing to explain.

In the app

  1. Open Keen and tap the settings cog on the home screen.
  2. Tap My Profile.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

If you no longer have Keen installed, write to [email protected] from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my Keen account". We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

  • Your sign-in: email address and password.
  • Your saved progress: name, goals, game and lesson results, check-ins and settings.
  • Our record of your Premium purchase.

What is not

  • A Premium subscription keeps running in Google Play until you cancel it there, under Payments & subscriptions. Google keeps its own record of the purchase.
  • Backup files you saved yourself stay wherever you put them.

Deleting cannot be undone. If you only want to stop using this phone, choose Sign out instead: your progress stays in your account.

Deleting your Keen account also queues a request to delete its PostHog profile and associated events. Requests retry automatically if PostHog is unavailable; provider deletion can take up to 30 days.
